To consistently ensure that you have the latest features and capabilities at your fingertips, both eToro and our third party partners perform periodic upgrades to our system.
One of our 3rd party partners will undergo maintenance on June 28, 2023, between 01:00 and 03:00 am GMT. During this maintenance window, there is expected to be a short period of downtime of up to thirty minutes, during which your eToro card may not be functional.
We recommend that you retry card transactions, or have another card with you during this timeframe.
Additionally, inbound and outgoing bank payments may be unsuccessful during the maintenance window. Customers are advised to try again after 30 minutes.
We apologise for any inconvenience in the event that downtime does occur, and appreciate your understanding in this matter.
