To consistently ensure that you have the latest features and capabilities at your fingertips, eToro performs periodic upgrades to our system.

The eToro Money app will undergo maintenance on February 23, 2025 from 05:00 GMT until approximately 09:00 GMT.

During this period, you may not be able to use the eToro Money app, or make any kind of transaction using your GBP or EUR account. The Wallet tab may also not be displayed on your eToro profile.

All eToro operations will continue to work as expected, including deposit and withdrawal of funds to eToro using methods of payment other than the GBP or EUR account. Incoming transactions via wire transfers will not be affected.
Card purchases are expected to be available, except for purchases requiring payment approval via push notification.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Investigating - Dear eToro Money Customers,

We are currently experiencing a technical issue due to a third-party provider affecting inbound and outbound transfers. While funds sent from eToro Money accounts have been deducted, they have not yet been reflected in recipient bank balances. Additionally, funds sent to eToro Money accounts are not appearing in balances as expected.

Our team is working closely with our partners to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and will provide updates as soon as we have more information.

We are always looking for ways to improve your trading experience, and sometimes this requires shutting down some features for a short period of time for scheduled maintenance. Therefore, please be aware that on Sunday, 09/02/2025, the following services will be unavailable between 07:00 and 09:00 GMT.

Affected services:
- Trading operations on the Virtual (Demo) account in eToro web and mobile platforms


During the maintenance period:
- The trading actions will not be available on the Virtual account
- Stop Loss and Take Profit will remain operational and trigger if they are reached, however the positions will be closed in the Virtual account after the completion of maintenance


During the maintenance period, you will not be able to do the following:
- Access to Virtual account (Home, Portfolio, Discovery, Watchlist pages)
- Open new Trade positions in a Virtual (Demo) account
- Manage the existing Trade positions in a Virtual (Demo) account
