Due to a technical issue, some clients may not see Faster Payment( Inbound and Outbound) and recent card transactions visible on the app.
It is essential to mention that the eToro Money app functionality hasn't been impacted and payments are allowed, however, this may temporarily affect the ability to transfer funds from and to the Money account.
We would like to clarify that we are aware of this issue and are currently investigating this with our technical department in order to solve this as soon as possible. An update will be provided as soon as there is more information available.
