To consistently ensure that you have the latest features and capabilities at your fingertips, both eToro and our third party partners perform periodic upgrades to our system.

One of our 3rd party partners will undergo maintenance on 16/11/2022, for approximately 11 hours, between 07:00 - 18:00 CET. During this maintenance window, there is expected to be a short period of downtime of between ten and thirty minutes, during which your eToro card may not be functional. We recommend that you retry card transactions, or have another card with you during this timeframe.

Additionally, some inbound payments may be unsuccessful during the maintenance window, and will need to be re-executed after its duration. Furthermore, some Outgoing Bank payments may be declined. Customers are advised to try again after 30 minutes.

We apologise for any inconvenience in the event that downtime does occur, and appreciate your understanding in this matter.
