iOS App Service Page Loading Degradation
Resolved - The issue affecting some pages in the iOS app has been resolved.

A hotfix was deployed, and our QA team has verified that it successfully restored functionality for the affected pages, including the Deposit, Registration, and News pages.

Investigating - Dear eToro Customers,

We are currently experiencing a technical issue affecting some credit card deposit transactions that require 3D Secure (3DS) authentication. As a result, certain deposits may remain in a pending state longer than expected and may not be reflected in account balances immediately.

Our team is actively investigating the issue and working closely with our service providers to restore normal processing as quickly as possible.

One of our 3rd party partners will undergo maintenance on June 06, 2026 from 09:00 GMT until approximately 13:00 GMT.

During this window, there will be a delay in incoming and outgoing payments for EUR account (aka eToro Money) users in Europe and AUD Account in Australia, until after the maintenance has been completed.

Furthermore, any deposits or withdrawals from new EUR & AUD accounts may be delayed or not possible during the maintenance window.
